"Changing Lives One Day At a Time........."

Substance Abuse and Addiction are a national health crisis affecting millions of individuals. An estimated 15.9 million
Americans, age 12 years and older, were current drug users in 2001. Yet, in the same year, over 75 percents of people in
need of treatment for a problem with illicit drugs, did not seek or receive that care.

Clearly, the toll substance abuse takes on family, friends, and community is immeasurable. But recovery is possible.
Every day in every part of the United States, men, women, and youth are entering treatment and beginning the road to
recovery while families are seeking hope and recovery in support programs and counseling.

The Word of Life Spiritual Growth Center is positioned to help those in need of treatment and to expand the treatment
capacity of our community.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Word of Life Substance Abuse Center
is to provide a compassionate, disciplined, and
Christian environment to rehabilitate the growing
substance abuse population.

We embrace the responsibility of studying, planning
developing, and implementing quality programs to
service the substance abuse population.
